Buyer’s Inspections

This Inspection is a crucial part of making sure you are investing in the correct home. A Certified Home Inspector performs a detailed in-person walkthrough and inspection of all of the property’s structures, components, and appliances. The report will detail any repairs needed, defects, or issues that are possible in the future and give you exact knowledge on the condition of the home. This detailed report provides you with the capability to negotiate your best price. Allow yourself the comfort of having all the necessary information to make a wise investment.

Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection

Finding the honest value of your property is important in the world of real estate. Homeowners and real estate agents should always hire a professional inspector before listing the property for sale. Be aware of the property’s current condition status, the seller is able to address all repairs and be informed of any major defects. Allowing a Certified Home Inspector to give a precise report shows prospective homebuyers that the seller has integrity and is listing a fair and honest price.

New Construction

Home inspections for new construction are more important than you might think. Contractors can lower costs with shoddy rushed construction and the use of sub-par material. This often leads to a home that has not been well-constructed. Our Inspector will evaluate the new construction, ensuring that it is up to code with all structures, components and built-in appliances. New Construction additionally provides better access to many of the home structures and components, allowing the Inspector to make an even more accurate report.

11 Month / Builder Warranty

Contractors provide a 12-month warranty following the completion of construction. This type of inspection is executed just before the warranty runs out. All the problems uncovered during the inspection will be the financial responsibility of the contractor and not of the homeowner. This is an exceptional service and prevents you from paying large sums out of pocket for something that could be easily avoided.

Home Maintenance Inspection

A Home Maintenance Inspection is an ideal service for discerning homeowners who wish to maintain the value and stability of their property. Following the Inspector’s comprehensive report, the homeowner knows what steps to take in order to protect and grow their home’s value. This Inspection is incredibly helpful when safeguarding your investment.

Re-Inspections

A Re-Inspection takes place after the initial inspection to make sure that everything covered in the report has been properly addressed, replaced, or repaired. This service is recommended to make sure the money put into the Inspection process was worth the effort.

4 Point Inspection

A 4 Point Inspection covers the major systems including: roof, electrical, plumping, and HVAC. These are the relevant and important structures and systems in acquiring your home insurance coverage.

WDO/Termite Inspections

Wood Dwelling Organisms are a constant issue for the safety of a home’s structure. Certified Inspectors are educated on where and what to look for when identifying termites or other WDO’s. Even if there are no termites at the time of inspection, this service shows their presence in the past and the areas to pay attention to in the future.

Wind Mitigation

This service helps to mitigate the cost of home insurance by reporting the features of the property installed in order to prevent damage that may occur during hurricanes, tropical storms, or other strong winds. Inspections will assess the wind resistant features of the building and its structures.

Radon Testing

Radon gas is both invisible and odorless. The presence of this gas can occur anywhere. Protect your home and family by having an inspector perform a radon test to ensure that there are no harmful gases present on the property.

Mold Testing

With increasing knowledge of the harmful hazards of mold, it’s important to have a mold inspector with the correct training to perform a comprehensive inspection for mold in your home. They can alert you to any mold that currently exists in your home and show you potential problem areas for the future.
